It happened on the balcony. I looked down and said to myself, "Do it, end this story already if it’s so bad for you..." An endless struggle with low self-esteem, heartache, I hated my body, I hated my mind, I hated my voice, I just hated everything! And the pain wouldn’t stop, a black hole in the middle of my chest that refused to close. That balcony on the 21st floor was my turning point. "See, you don’t have the courage to do it, so stop feeling sorry for yourself, take back control of your life, and start loving what you see in the mirror."

That’s where the real process began. I went to one retreat and then another, to one workshop and then another, until I found the treatment that was right for me, the one that brought me out of the room glowing. I decided I was going to study Theta Healing, and I would channel all my energy into healing my heart, healing my traumas, healing my heartbreak.

I want to truly love myself, I want to truly appreciate myself, I want to see myself the way I deserve to, the way my husband sees me. I learned, I cried, I fell, I got up, I built, I broke, I fell apart and put the pieces back together. Every dive into my depths brought new insights to the surface, revealing the truth. My connection with my husband improved; I stopped blaming him for everything. My connection with my mother improved; I stopped being angry at her for what she did or didn’t do. I saved myself. Spirituality, the connection to creation, and a lot of shadow work brought me to a place where I can finally say, "I love myself." I will never give that up. My inner dialogue grows stronger on the positive side, and my love for myself only increases.

Today, I help strong and beautiful women fall in love with themselves, with their pain, with their depths, with their curves. Because there’s nothing like a woman, the source of all light in the world.
