L'AMOR WOMEN OF POWER
The main goal of L'amor is to encourage every woman to love herself as she is. Every woman is worthy, full of power, strength, and beauty - she simply needs to look within herself and let it radiate to the outside world. This page spotlights women whose life story serves as an inspiration to others.

My journey of healing myself from limiting beliefs caused from past traumas, such as sexual abuse and bullying, towards self-love hasn't been easy. However, I have learnt to embrace my past with gratitude and it has led me to who I am today. It has also led me to coaching other women to find their inner glow and accept themselves wholly and authentically. As a coach precisely guiding women to self-love with a more holistic approach, based on the integration of emotions, mind and energy, I feel that finding self-love and confidence is such a process of self-discovery. And it takes focusing on small consistent actions in showing up for yourself. It takes intentionally scheduling time to sit with your emotions daily. I like to do that through meditations and energetic check ins and pattern interrupts and energy clearing if I notice something funky and asking myself why is it there? A process of inquiring compassionately into ourselves. And it takes focusing on thoughts and self talk that makes me feel good and aligns my vibe to what I desire.
Also in terms of body confidence, what has helped is just being with the sensations of my body, developing more body awareness and using a movement therapy card deck that moves emotions through the body. Because our mind and body is connected. What has also really helped me develop confidence within my body is dancing for sure. Expressing myself through movement. Everyone, you included, is worthy of embracing themselves authentically.
