Morgan Smith

Over the years, I’ve worked just about every job you can imagine—restaurants, factory work, kayak shack, aquarium, and even state conservation jobs. Along the way, I’ve loved some things and hated even more. But one thing became crystal clear: I thrive when I’m helping others unlock their full potential and guiding them toward health and wellness.

I was raised to believe in the system of the American Dream—get good grades, excel in extracurricular activities, go to a good college, get a 4-year degree, find a stable career with benefits, and settle down. Well, I did all of that… and I was miserable.

I got divorced, quit the "great" job everyone told me to take, went back to restaurant work because it paid well, and started my journey of personal development to strip away the beliefs that weren’t serving me. Now, I’ve built my own business with a supportive, inspiring community and have mentorship from some of the highest earners in the world!
