Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund. To request a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. Please include the order number in the email to expedite the return/exchange process. Any request made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Delivery of returns & exchanges are free of charge and we will collect them from your home or office for free, as well.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of item. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
A damaged item must be returned with the original tag attached. If the item is used unreasonably (scratches, stains, etc.) the item will not be accepted for return/exchange.
