Deliveries

After receiving the order and confirming it, the package will be sent to your delivery address based on chosen shipping option during checkout.

* The day of the order, holiday eve, holiday, Friday and Saturday will not be counted on business days.

Exchanges and Returns

Items can be exchanged / returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment for items that have not been worn or price tag removed and no changes have been made to them.

Exchange - free of charge.

​Refunds - Return the product by courier and receive store credit - free of charge.

Returns -  Return the product by courier (without receiving a credit) - buyer pays for return shipping costs

A refund will be given by means of payment in which the transaction was made up to 14 business days,

From the day the item is returned to the warehouses.
